Healthcare Insurance Coverage

ATC South Africa offers compulsory medical aid. Coverage is compulsory and various options are available to employees. ATC South Africa pays 50% of the medical aid contribution as part of the employee's Total Cost to Company (TCC).

Work and Life

Paid Time Off

Employees accrue paid “flextime” which can be used for vacation, sick or personal days. We recognize our employees are diverse and may celebrate holidays other than our Company holidays, so we provide three floating holidays as well. Additional flextime is also provided for volunteer days and school visitation/elder care.

Parental Leave

Eligible mothers and fathers receive eight weeks paid time off at 100 percent of pay following the birth or adoption of a child. Birth mothers receive an additional six or eight weeks paid disability leave.

Adoption Assistance

Employees who adopt children can receive up to a $10,000 reimbursement for eligible expenses.

Educational Assistance

Employees can receive reimbursement annually for work-related courses, including those part of a work-related degree program.

Wellness Reimbursement Program

Wellness expenses, such as health club memberships, weight loss programs and fitness equipment purchases, are eligible for reimbursement for both our employees and their dependents.
